  4. Documents proving identity or personality to submit the application (INE, Passport, Power of Attorney).

VII. MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO)

You have the right, always, to request that Bitrus Limited cancellation (deletion) of your personal data when it considers that they are not being treated in accordance with the principles, duties and obligations set forth in the Applicable Legislation. This cancellation implies the total or partial suppression of personal information in accordance with the request by the owner in the records, files, databases, or treatments carried out by the responsible party, after blocking it.

To exercise ARCO rights, the petitioner shall present the following: Identity of the holder (name, address in Mexico for submitting notices, official identification copy, and in the case of legal representatives, power of attorney or notarized letter containing the powers to make the request) clearly indicate the personal data for which any ARCO rights are being exercised, a clear description of the request containing the holder's will for Bitrus Limited to exercise specific ARCO rights.
